Works great just a little slow to read the iPod especially after adding new data to the iPod.
it's a nice radio,great features and it does what is expected and what it's supposed to do.should have a dtachable face for the price you pay.but not a b ad radio at all,kenwood the name speaks for itself.
I have this unit connect through my factory head unit but the sound is still pretty good. You can buy a ipod adaptor but why when you can get a cheap usb drive to play your music out of. So far, all is good and no real complaint.
I really like the fact that it plays mp3s off of a dvd. I have it connected to a 8 gig thumb drive(bought for like $15) that I perminantly keep on there since it is plenty to hold all of my music.You have to touch the screen on a unmarked location to activate the menu control options which is something I need to get used to. It is also convenient that it comes with a usb port to play mp3s off of.
I got the kvt-512 along with the kna-510 installed in my 06 TSX. The touch screen is very responsive as well. So far.I am definitely enjoying my new toy.
The unit is loaded with features and options so what you can do with it is limitless. The dvd is nice and clear and the navi works great.
